Included in the collections are memos, meeting minutes, statistics, student employment handbooks, and reports. There is not a complete set of anything. Some materials regarding the library are in off site storage.

System of arrangement
The collection is divided into three series: 1. founding of the college through 1972; 2. 1972-1995 corresponding roughly to Arthur Miller's tenure as College Librarian and 3. 1996-present, corresponding currently with Jim Cubit's tenure as Director of the Library and Information Technology.
