The collection consists of records of facilities management at Lake Forest College. Note that Box 1 was labeled facilities, and kept in this collection, but consists primarily of histories of the college and buildings. These could have been used for facilities management purposes and they also provide helpful information on the history of the college, whatever their original use.

Series 1 contains press releases, programs, and brochures generally produced by the Communications Department. Some material may have been produced by other departments on campus, and ended up in this collection as they were similar materials.
