Items #1-3 Letter to Apree from Cudahy that states that Apree's manuscript is fully in his possession and to not make any mention that it was originally commissioned at the request of the city and the Centennial Committee. **It was the Rotary Club that later aided in the publication of the book. Letter by Apree in Response to Cudahy's earlier request-he states that he agrees the book should have not affiliation with the Committee and agrees to the City's terms.
