Autograph manuscript, in black and violet ink, with changes and passages crossed out.  Partial copy only, with two of four acts, separately paper-bound.  Act I., partially paginated, [12] pp.  Act II., 22 pp. On the verso of the title page, in pencil, is a list of the characters, including Bertha Bascombe, as she is called in Foster's 1872 version.

Letter-size playscript in four parts, paper-bound with clip pins.  On cover, first part ("Act First"), the title in ink and "Act First," "Bronson Howard" in older faded pencil, and "1877" in darker, newer pencil.  Part I opens in manuscript with one page of characters, one of scenes listed, and one page of scene plots/plats, stage plans in detail.  The rest of the play in parts for each act is a combination of manuscript and typewritten, heavily revised pages.

Three copies. Handwritten blue and black ink manuscript on 9.5" x 6" lined, punched notebook paper, 36 pp., unsigned. From a folder titled "Rime of the Ancient Mariner/ By Eugene O'Neill, Never published. This is one of only two manuscripts in existence."  Inside front cover of the folder is Leverton's bookplate. Original typescript, elite type and single-spaced, and in two columns, 23 numbered pages.  The paper is watermarked "Whiting's."  Carbon copy of typescript.

Following the title-page there is a page of characters and scenes, the next three pages the "Property Plot," a page of the "Light Plot," and a page of the "Dress Plot." This copy shows water damage at the bottom, but no text lost and pages not stuck together.

Lined manuscript copy book, 10" tall by 8" wide, two signatures sewn together in brown wrappers, though only the front wrapper of he first signature and the back cover of the second survive.  Act 1, 22 pp., Act 2, 28 pp.  On the front cover, in tall, underlined ink script, "The Wizard Skiff/Prompt Book."  In pencil, lower right, "by Augustine [sic] Daly."  Stamped "T. Goodwin, No. 7/ Vandams/ New York."  The title-page reads: "W. Wheatley/The Wizard Skiff/or the/ Massacre of Scio/ A nautical and romantic Melodrama/ in Two Acts./Partly founded on the massacre of Scio, and/partly on a popular superstition prevalent/in the Greek Isles-/Written for Mad'lle.
