The collection consists of a variety of materials from the library and from information technology. Most materials are from the library. Included in the collections are memos, meeting minutes, statistics, student employment handbooks, and reports. There is not a complete set of anything. Some materials regarding the library are in off site storage.

The collection consists of records of facilities management at Lake Forest College. Note that Box 1 was labeled facilities, and kept in this collection, but consists primarily of histories of the college and buildings. These could have been used for facilities management purposes and they also provide helpful information on the history of the college, whatever their original use.
